Organizing with folders, colors, and tags

Folders

1. Click New folder in the toolbar, or right-click on any empty area in the file list.
2. Folders can contain any combination of files and sub-folders. There's no depth limit.
3. Right-click a folder to rename, change color, move, or delete it.

Folder colors

Right-click a folder → Color and pick from 10 presets. Useful for grouping by client, project, or year at a glance. Color stays consistent everywhere — iOS, web, sharing.

Tags

Tags let you group files that live in different folders. Right-click any file → Tags, then add a comma-separated list. Filter by tag from the sidebar's Tags section.
