What agencies need to manage client files
A workspace per client
Keep each client's assets in a separate workspace and invite only the people on that account. Remove someone and their access to that workspace ends.
Review and delivery links
Share drafts as view-only links and finals as downloads. File links can add a password and an expiry date, and each link shows a view count.
Previews without downloads
Open images, PDFs, video and Word, Excel and PowerPoint files in the browser, and download whole folders as a ZIP.

Create a workspace per client
Name it after the client and add folders for briefs, assets, drafts and finals.
Invite your team with roles
Admins manage members, members add and edit files, and viewers can only open them.
Share drafts for review
Create a view-only link to the drafts folder so the client can look without downloading.
Deliver finals and close out
Send the finals as a download link with an expiry date, then revoke the review links when the project ends.

- How is an agency team billed?
- Each person has their own account and plan, and files count toward the plan of the person who uploads them. Teammates on the Free plan can still join your workspaces.
- Can we see who downloaded a deliverable?
- Share links show a view count, not names or IP addresses. For named access, invite the client to a workspace as a viewer instead.
