How to cancel, when refunds apply, and where to ask if you're outside the standard policy.

Cancel a web subscription

  1. Dashboard → your avatar → Billing & plan.
  2. Click Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
  3. After the period ends, your account downgrades to Free. Files over the 20 GB cap stay readable but you won't be able to upload more.

Cancel an iOS subscription

You must do this from Apple, not from us. Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → VirtualDrive → Cancel.

Refunds

Web (Stripe/PayPal): we'll refund a recent charge within 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@virtualdrive.us with the charge ID.

iOS: Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of the charge.
