Yes. Every file is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and protected in transit by TLS 1.2 or higher. The underlying database uses Row Level Security so unauthorized access is rejected at the database engine layer, not just the application. No. The Privacy Policy explicitly forbids using customer files for AI training, model fine-tuning, recommendation engines, or sale to third parties. We process your files only to deliver the service you signed up for: storage, retrieval, sharing, and the search you initiate.

We offer prorated refunds within 7 days of the most recent charge for first-time subscribers. After that, you can cancel future renewals but the current period is non-refundable. Apple IAP refunds are handled by Apple directly. Email support@virtualdrive.us with your account email and we'll process eligible refunds within 3 business days.
